3. Warranty

3.1. Our products maintain their gold-like color for 6 months to 1 year.

3.2. We provide a 1-year warranty against defects in material or workmanship under normal use during the warranty period.

3.3. During the warranty period, we will repair or replace, at no charge, products or parts of a product that prove defective because of improper material or workmanship, under normal use and maintenance.

4. Returns and Exchanges

4.1. We offer a lifetime return policy with a 35% return value for any product. No cash refunds will be provided. Instead, a credit note or exchange for another product will be offered.

4.2. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

4.3. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

4.4. Shipping costs for returns are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

5. Delivery

5.1. We offer free home delivery across all of India.

5.2. Delivery times may vary depending on your location. While we strive to deliver products promptly, delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control.
